I don’t mean to disappoint you WM lovers, but here comes another phone, Samsung Galaxy Pro (GT-B7510) with Android 2.2. Just arrived today and I haven’t touched it much yet. I know what you’re thinking. “Two similar phones that overlap one another?” True. But you have plenty of clothes and shoes, don’t you?

And I have to admit that I felt an irresistible impulse to try an Android based phone myself. I’m planning on using it with my secondary SIM, which now I’m using in my ordinary phone. Anyway, here are some pictures (Click to enlarge). Don’t expect me for review stuff at this moment, since I’m completely new to Android and can’t appreciate this totally new device. Maybe no need for me to write it: there are already lots of blogs and webpages referring to this phone.
Box, quite small.
A bit wider than other phones of this kind.
The box includes a battery, 2GB microSD card and adapter, travel adapter (charger), USB cable, quick start guide, and warranty card. No User Manual!
The temporary plastic attached on the screen has printing and cannot be used as a screen protector.
So remove it.
Front facing QWERTY keyboard.
It has 4 direction keys at the bottom right, instead of a navigation key.
It bears some resemblance to Motorola Charm, doesn’t it?
Bottom view. Mouthpiece.
Left side view. Volume key.
Et tu, Galaxy Pro? Headset jack and Multifunction jack are placed at the top!
Right side view. Power/Lock key. Glossy frame slightly attracts fingerprints.
Back view.
Back bottom view.
3.15 mega pixel camera. The sticker next to the headset jack that reads “QUALCOMM 3G HSDPA” can be removed.
The top left is the strap hole.
The back cover is very thin, but pliable in a good way.
MicroSD card slot, which is up to 32GB.
Here you can hook your strap.
1350mAh battery.
Battery Part No. is EB494358VU, which is the same as Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830
Another side of the battery.
Charging.
On the first boot, confirmation of Google location service.
Default home screen.
